Takayoshi Andoh
Takayoshi is the eldest son of Koichi Andoh.
He visited Hebden Bridge in September 20o1 in search of information about where his father
had worked in 1935. He was unaware of his father's Diary and photo album until the late 1990s.

Stephen Curry
Stephen lives in Hebden Bridge. He met Takayoshi when he came to stay at his Guest House "Angeldale" He was so fascinated by the tale of the Diary that he introduced Mr Andoh to the local press who happily covered the story. The concept of writing up the diary came about when Stephen realised that the local history was dominated by the cloth and clothing industry and the hatchery industry had been largely forgotten.
